Join us on TUESDAY 14th JANUARY at ALBERT HOUSE as we embrace wellness into our coworkers routine with candlelit restorative yoga.
We welcome you to take in the glow of the candlelight for an hour of restorative yoga. Liv will take us through a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
Arrival: 6:45pm-7PM
Yoga: 7:15pm-8:15pm
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, we have some spare so let us know as we’d hate this to be a reason you miss out.
Albert House will be toastie, however, we advise bringing a jumper/blanket.
