Yoga is a great way to relax or increase your flexibility. It can develop strength, balance and co-ordination so we’ve brought BEND AT ALBERT HOUSE to Loughborough for you to join us once a month on a Saturday morning with time at the end to socialise with a refreshing smoothie included.
We’ve teamed up with passionate yoga teacher, Liv who has her 200 hour yoga teacher training, as well as being Yin & Yoga nidra trained. Liv will be there to provide you with hints, tips and helpful encouragement throughout the classes to ensure a safe space for both experienced pupils and total beginners.

Your ticket admits you entry, includes 1 hour yoga class at Albert House on your selected date/s

21/9 – Our September date will be joined by Charlotte at the end of class for a 30 minute informative conversation around the menstrual cycle and how this can affect our wellbeing. We will discuss what is normal and what isn’t, how to manage the hormonal fluctuations and what to do if they are throwing you out of balance as well and how exercise and nutrition can help this. These sessions are designed to empower you and your knowledge around your own body and understanding where you might need to take action if something doesn’t feel quite right!
